ASLOK XXXVIII Pre-registration Information

HOTEL for 2024!
ASLOK XXXVIII is staying at the Bertram Inn & Convention Center for 2024. The Hotel has refrigerators available upon request when you call to book.
Pre-registering for ASLOK is highly recommended, convenient and offers the following benefits to the ASLOK attendee:

Reserve a spot in one of your preferred "Mark Nixon" Minis (W/F/Sa) or Action Burk Thursday Theme tourneys [NOTE: mini registration will be limited
to the number actually filled last year - although if you're there at 8AM, we'll get you in a mini regardless.
Mini Scenario lists for 2024 will be availabe ~9/22.

Save $10 in admission costs. If your plans change and you can't attend this year, just let the TD know and we will rollover your paid admission to next year (T-Shirts can be mailed, sent home with a buddy or pushed to next year) ...

Reserve a souvenir ASLOK XXXVIII T-Shirt, in the
correct size, featuring original artwork [Small & Youth
sizes available by special request]
Athletic T and/or
Long Sleeve available for $5
extra each, Talls available for $2 extra - make a note or send email.

Pre-registration
is available via regular mail OR
by using PayPal,
allowing credit card usage, and e-mail.
If registering via PayPal,
please note the following:

ASLOK Admission &
T-Shirt purchases may now be grouped
together by adding both to the cart after
clicking "Add to Cart" for the first,
select "Continue Shopping" & the
window will close and then click the "Add
to Cart" for the other item & then
proceed to Checkout. Do make sure to
select the correct size Shirt
wanted. Please add a note if
selecting a Small/Youth size or requesting a Tall (also add $2 to your shirt order for a Tall) .

transaction you should return to a Pre-Reg
